Legal aid for backlog cases of Ecumenical Refugee Program

The project «Legal aid for backlog cases of Ecumenical Refugee Program» is implemented by the Integration Center for Migrant Workers – Ecumenical Refugee Program with the support of Churches’ Commission for Migrants in Europe (CCME). The project focuses on granting legal assistance to old beneficiaries of the Ecumenical Refugee Program, either under already recognized refugee status, subsidiary protection and humanitarian status or asylum seekers after the rejection of their family reunification application under Dublin III Regulation.

The duration of this project is from the 1st of January 2018 to 30th of September 2018. The program’s purpose is to serve 100 cases in terms of legal counselling and orientation, legal representation in front of asylum services and legal aid about integration issues and special procedures concerning recognized refugees,
